If you are looking for a training plan for a race of any distance but don't want to deal with weekly check-ins or monthly payments we can create a customized training plan for you.  We will need for you to fill out a questionnaire so that we can design a plan that works for your schedule and lifestyle.

Learn to  run

 training groups for beginner runners!

Do you think running is too HARD? Are you afraid of running in public because you may be JUDGED? Are you BORED with your life and tired of having nothing that makes you feel alive? Are you overweight and looking to LIVE healthier but don’t know how? RUNNING IS HARD IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW WE WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO RUN WITH CONFIDENCE RUNNING MAKES YOU FEEL CLOSE TO NATURE AND MAKES RUNNING MORE ENJOYABLE YOU CAN IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH AND SELF ESTEEM THROUGH RUNNING AND YOU WILL MAKE NEW FRIENDS!!! You do not need to have any experience with running and the only prerequisite is a desire to learn how!  I will teach you how to run the right way and to avoid injury!  Last year’s group had a blast and finished strong with smiles! 
We will meet weekly on Friday mornings beginning in May and will slowly progress with our running each week. Most runs will be on trail. You will make new friends, become healthier and have fun! Location: Northwood, Deerfield, Allenstown and Nottingham, NH. (will vary each week and we will alternate runs with road, track and trail)
